Cycorder (Cydia) - still the best recording App, no native recording App for iPhone 2G *for now*
The Converter ($0.99 App Store) - Still my fav converter App, using it since FW 2.0. My main purpose was currency conversion but this App do conversion more than just currency, a lot of conversion, i think the most complete conversion App.

iFile ($4.00 Cydia - Trial available) - The best file manager & viewer for iPhone, that replaced my old skool Docs App =) No desktop client/software needed.
